2. Your family is growing.
At the time of purchase, your three bedroom two bathroom home seemed absolutely perfect for your little family of three. Seven years, three children and a few pets later, you may find yourself living in closer quarters than you would like. With the possibility of having more children and the bedrooms already full, a home with more bedrooms may be in order.
3. Your current home is starting to require more maintenance.
As years pass, you may find yourself spending more time and money on your home’s upkeep than you would prefer. First you might have the urge to update areas here and there. A different paint color?
